Symphony of Spring

I finished colouring this in the university library yesterday. The scanner was feeling rather cranky and did some weird jolts half way through scanning. I've tried to adjust the brightness/contrast settings so it looks as close as how it looks on paper, but to no prevail. I wonder if it'll look better if I took a photo instead.

So basically this is my personifcation of the spring season, surrounded by spring animals and flowers! And yes, I'm aware she looks a lot like a hippie...
Spring begins with a light drizzle which consequently brings rainbows into our sights. Her blonde hair symbolises the sunshine that warms us up gently and the weather slowly improves from the cold harsh winter.

I'm bored... FLOWERS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING! peony, anemone, agapanthus,cherry blossom (sakura), poppy and orchid. You have all been enlightened. ^_^
